Members of this committee will review budgets from all past events, programs, services, and operational costs. They will then propose to the Board of Directors the allocation of funds, based on the income statements, to create a balanced budget. The Budget Committee develops a proposed budget to be presented to the Board of Directors in October/ November each year for a vote. They use the funds that have been donated to CADSA in a fiscally responsible manner on behalf of our membership. This committee with consultation and collaboration with the CADSA Board of Directors helps determine the new budget.
