Program Development Committee
The purpose of the Program Development Committee is to work with the Strategic Planning Committee, and Budget Committee to develop CADSA membership programs. They will present data to the CADSA Board of Directors to determine if a program is viable, and beneficial to our membership.
They work to help secure corporate donors interested in sponsoring programs. The board would review the program benefits and attendance to determine which program would receive funds for the year. The evaluation process for programs will need to include data regarding basic class structure and member information to aid in an informed evaluation process.
This committee with consultation and collaboration with the CADSA Board of Directors helps determine potential new program partnerships. They meticulously review all elements in the action plan to maintain alignment with the organization goals. They focus on current, new and continued development of programs/classes.
