Family + Club21Plus Membership

Club21Plus is a social group for individuals with Down syndrome ages 14 and older.

Club21Plus members gain independence through participation in monthly events and have a blast making friends!

Annual Family + Club21Plus Membership runs from January 1 – December 31.

Family + Club21Plus Membership is $56 if paid by January 31, 2025. Family + Club21Plus Membership is $66 if paid February 1, 2025 or later.
