Jennifer Botruff Executive Director
Jennifer is thrilled to be part of the CADSA community. She is excited to help those with Down syndrome, and their families find guidance and support through our collective efforts.
She and her husband Brian have been married 28 years, and have two children Sarah and Joshua. Sarah recently graduated from Michigan State University and Joshua, born with Down syndrome in 1996, is active in Fowlerville Community Theater, and Special Olympics Basketball and Football. He is a member of CADSA Club21Plus, enjoys CADSA Music Therapy Classes-Buckets of Fun and Karate.
Jennifer has recently been appointed to the Down Syndrome Affiliates in Action Board of Director in 2018. She is honored to be part of this amazing team working to create learning opportunities for it's 1,000 plus members and 80 organizations that are part of the DSAIA. She attended the most recent Down Syndrome Affiliates in Action (DSAIA) national conference in Denver, CO.
Professionally she holds a degree in Human Resource Management, Special Education Professional Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education, with K-12 Specific Learning Disability endorsement. She also earned a Masters in Special Education in Cognitive Impairments.
She is thankful for the opportunity to have served as past Board President for CADSA and looks forward to continuing her serve as the CADSA Executive Director.
