This month, our Club 21 event will be a service project volunteering for the Tri-County Office on Aging (TCOA) Meals on Wheels program. Potential tasks may include:
- Filling “R” (regular) bags which contain foods such as grains and fruit to make each “Hot” meal a complete meal to be eaten the day it is delivered
- Filling “F” (frozen) bags which also contain foods such as grains and/or fruit to round out each set of frozen meals into a complete meal that is delivered ahead of a weekend or a holiday
Please register here AND complete the Volunteer application for TCOA. See below for additional information from TCOA.

Application:
We need a volunteer application completed for everyone, regardless of age. The application is available at: https://www.tcoa.org/volunteer/

When completing the application, in the section “Volunteer positions” please check the last box “Propose your own volunteer role”. Then in the dialog box add that you are with CADSA to volunteer April 27th.

This application gives us the information needed to complete a criminal background check, and sex offender registry checks. These are required by our state agency for everyone regardless of age.

Location: 5303 S. Cedar St. Building 1, Lansing, MI 48911. We’re in the Ingham County Human Services complex on the north end of the building facing Jolly Road. Please enter at the Sam & Eva Eyde Community Kitchen entrance. This will lead directly into the kitchen, where our staff will meet you.

Parking: Main lot off Jolly Rd. on Battenfield. You will see the Meals on Wheels vans, you may park anywhere in the lot.

Dress: Please feel free to dress casual. Hair restraint will be required, baseball caps or hats are acceptable. No open toe shoes for safety reasons.
