Administrative Policy Committee

The purpose of the Administrative Policy Committee is to develop on behalf of CADSA membership an outline administrative policy manual that helps guide the operation of the organization. This committee with consultation and collaboration with the CADSA Board of Directors helps determine all organization policy. i.e. General Accounting Policies, Budgeting and Cash Management, General Cash Policies and Procedures, Payroll Processing, Grants, Restricted Funds and Related Expenditures, Pledges and Contributions, Required Annual Filings or Reports, all other policy that the organization would need to have in place. They focus on new and continued development of the organization.
